1. Our Services & Commitment

We provide premium digital marketing, SEO, web and app development, software solutions, and AI content creation. Our team is committed to applying industry-best practices, cutting-edge strategies, and our full professional effort to help your brand grow.

2. Understanding Digital Marketing Results (The Reality Check)

We build strategies designed for success, but it’s important to understand that digital platforms (like Google, Meta, LinkedIn) frequently change their algorithms. Therefore, while we guarantee our highest quality of work, effort, and execution, we cannot legally or practically guarantee specific business metrics such as a fixed number of sales, exact ROI, or guaranteed overnight search rankings.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Great work requires resources. To keep projects moving smoothly:

Standard projects require a 50% advance to allocate our team and resources, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.

All invoices must be cleared within 7 days of generation. Delays may result in a temporary pause on campaign execution.

4. Revisions & Scope of Work

We want you to love what we build! Each project includes a defined set of revisions (as outlined in your proposal). Any additional changes outside the original Scope of Work (SOW) will be billed at our standard hourly or project rate.

5. Mutual Respect & Dispute Resolution

We value constructive feedback. In the rare event of a disagreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter privately and professionally. To protect our hard-working team, clients agree not to post negative or disparaging comments on public forums or social media while a resolution is in progress.
