Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Philosophy on Refunds

At Leap Booster Technology Pvt. Ltd., we invest heavily in our team, premium tools, and creative processes the moment you say "Yes." Because our services involve immediate human labor, strategic planning, and unrecoverable time, our refund policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting our team's hard work.

1. Before the Magic Begins (Pre-Commencement)

If you change your mind before our team has done any onboarding, strategy work, or resource allocation, we will gladly provide a full refund of your advance payment.

2. Once Work is Underway (Mid-Project Cancellations)

Once a project has officially started, our team’s time and agency resources have already been deployed. Therefore:

Cash refunds for completed milestones, strategy development, or deployed campaigns are not possible.

If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, we will calculate the exact hours and resources used up to that date. Any remaining balance from your advance will not be refunded in cash, but will be converted into Leap Booster Service Credits.

3. The "Service Credit" Approach

We want your investment to be useful! If a project is stopped or you are dissatisfied with a specific direction, any eligible remaining balance will be issued as Service Credits.

You can use these credits within 6 months for any of our other services (e.g., swapping web development for SEO services or graphic design).

4. Third-Party Ad Spends (Google/Meta Ads)

Any funds allocated directly to third-party advertising platforms (like Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn) are strictly non-refundable by Leap Booster Technology, as those funds are collected directly by the respective platforms, not our agency.

5. Milestone Approvals

For larger projects (like software or website development), we work in stages. Once you approve a specific stage or milestone, the payment for that specific stage becomes 100% non-refundable.
